Rules and Entry Procedures:
One Entry Form per horse/rider combination.
Entry must be signed/dated by owner and rider.
Discount: Enter 5 classes, get the 6th for free (per barn).
Entries received after the closing date: add $5
no exceptions (even not for members!)
If scratched before the closing date the fees are eligible for either a money refund or a rollover for a next show (to be chosen). When chosen rollover and next show is not attended, no second refund/rollover can be offered after that.
If scratched after the closing date, no refund can be given.

Planning a show is a lot of work and requires a good deal of organization.
Mailing your entries in time is also a respectful act - even though we are a small club in the beginning we kindly ask you to mail the COMPLETE filled out and SIGNED entry form in time, so we can plan the shows even better.
